The Role:

One of our partner company is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain customer records and update systems.
Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential.
